Pork Chop Kids Account:
New customers need to create a Pork Chop Kids account to complete your order safely and securely on our website. You will also be able to access up-to-date order status and tracking information at any time after you complete your order from your account. Your privacy is important to us, and Pork Chop Kids will never share your personal information with anyone.

Method of Payment:

Porkchopkids.com accepts Mastercard®, VISA®, American Express® and Discover® cards.

Exchanges:
Items purchased at porkchopkids.com are returnable within 10 days of purchase. We accept returns on non sale and non damaged items that are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging for a full refund to your credit card, minus shipping charges. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of purchase for a replacement.

Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalized Items:  

Because each personal item is made especially for you we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized/personalized items.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than porkchopkids.com
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

For Exchanges:
Please contact admin@porkchopkids.com and let us know what new items you would like shipped. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include Payment information for new items of greater value.

Please mail your return package to the address included on your packing sheet.  For Any additonal questions regarding returns please e-mail admin@porkchopkids.com For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Pork Chop Kids is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the original item(s) are received at Pork Chop Kids, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 1-2 weeks for Pork Chop Kids to refund your credit card upon receipt.
